Her career spans renewable energy, tech, and government contracting, where she has led initiatives in M&A integration, compensation strategy, and HR technology.
Passionate about equity and development, Sherner founded Level Up Coaching to help startups build strong HR foundations while also mentoring underrepresented professionals as they launch and grow their careers.
